When you send the quote form, we receive:

• Name (required)
• Email address (required)

• Request type (required) – one of: Custom platform size, Custom finish or GelPad logo, Private garage, Showroom / dealership, Museum / collection, Car wash & workshop, Events & exhibitions, Retail / shop-in-shop, Other

• The page you sent the form from, and the date and time of your request

To stop the same visitor from sending many requests in a short time, we also store a one-way scrambled code derived from your IP address. We do not store the IP address itself, and the code cannot be turned back into it.

Your request is stored in our database (Lovable Cloud) and emailed to sales@stand-on.com through our email sending service, so our team can reply to you. We also send one confirmation email to the address you entered, with your reference number and a summary of your request.

Purpose: answering your request and preparing a quote.

Legal basis: taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and keeping the form free of abuse (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

On the Find my match page you can describe your car, your goal (storage, display or both), the space available and optional details. This text is sent through Lovable's AI service to generate a product recommendation for you. We do not save what you enter in our database. Please do not enter personal details such as your name, address or licence plate.

The products in your cart are remembered in your browser's local storage (an entry called "gcp-cart-v2"), so your cart is still there when you come back. It contains only product names, options, quantities and prices, stays on your device and is not a cookie. You can clear it by emptying your cart or clearing your browser's site data.

When you click checkout, the contents of your cart are sent to Shopify and you continue on Shopify's secure checkout. Shopify handles your name, delivery address and payment there, and may use its own cookies on those pages. Read Shopify's privacy policy for details.

Apart from the Google Analytics cookies described below, this website itself does not set cookies and does not use advertising pixels, social media plugins or embedded videos.

Google Analytics: we use Google Analytics 4 to measure how our site is used, and its analytics cookies are only set after you give consent in the cookie banner. Without consent, Google Consent Mode keeps all analytics and advertising storage switched off. You can withdraw your consent at any time via the "Cookie settings" link in the footer, or by clearing this site's stored choice in your browser.

Like every website, pages are loaded from servers. When your browser loads our pages:

• our hosting provider (Lovable) processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver the page and keep the site secure;
• product photos are loaded from Shopify's servers;
• the fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address when your browser downloads them.

• Lovable, including its database provider Supabase – hosting of this website, the database for quote requests, and the AI service for the product adviser.
• Shopify – shop, cart and checkout.
• Our email sending service – delivering quote requests to our sales mailbox and the confirmation email to you.

We do not sell your data or share it with anyone for marketing.

We keep quote requests as long as needed to handle your request and follow up on it, and at most 2 years, unless a customer relationship follows. In that case we keep the data that the relationship requires.

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. To use any of these rights, email sales@stand-on.com.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) via autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.

We update this policy when the website changes how it handles data. The date at the top shows the latest version.
