These terms apply to every order placed through this website and to every quote request sent through our quote form.

All prices are in euros (EUR), as shown in the shop. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, so you see them before you pay.

You place your order and pay through Shopify's secure checkout. There you can review the products, the shipping costs and the total amount before you pay.

A quote request sent through our form is not a binding order. It only asks us to prepare a quote for you, and it creates no obligation for you or for us.

Produced and delivered within 14 days across Europe. We deliver within Europe only.

Every product comes with a 10-year warranty. This warranty is given in addition to your statutory rights and does not limit them.

If your product does not function as intended, we will take it back. Email sales@stand-on.com to arrange the return.

If you are a consumer and buy from us online, you have the statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your product, without giving a reason. This is a right under EU and Dutch consumer law.

To use your right of withdrawal, let us know by email at sales@stand-on.com.

Our products must conform to what was agreed. As a consumer you are entitled to the statutory guarantee of conformity under EU and Dutch law. Our 10-year warranty comes on top of this statutory guarantee.

Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes your mandatory statutory rights as a consumer.

If you have a complaint about a product, an order or our service, please email sales@stand-on.com and describe the issue as clearly as you can.

These terms and every agreement with us are governed by Dutch law. If you are a consumer living in another EU country, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
